Speak to heritage of the building, but not look old, run down and dated. Incorporate the laundry, with a shower, toilet, vanity and storage.

Solution

We looked at the details in the rest of the apartment and the forms. Subtle curves exists. We removed all of the weight in the room, opened up the space, brightened, warmed and diffussed the light.
